Hyori Lee - Dark Angel

Dark Angel is the second album by Lee Hyori, featuring singles "Get Ya!", "Shall We Dance", and "Straight Up". It is notable for the plagiarism controversy regarding her first single, "Get Ya!", which was accused of copying Britney Spears' single "Do Somethin'". Although a followup single was quickly prepared, sales were lower than expected, and promotional activities were stopped.

After the news started to spread, Lee and her record company announced that promotion of the single would be quickly halted, and that she would have a short break from activities in order to promote her followup single "Shall We Dance?". This was the last single to be promoted by Lee, although "Straight Up" was released as the last single from the album.

Used to LOOOVE Hyori when i first got into K-pop,
but nowadays all the new girl groups are deffinitely making great music..
Especially 2NE1, Brown Eyed Girls, boA, SNSD... looove them!
But I deffinitely will download this Hyori for old time's sake !

Yeah, I have never been a fan of Hyori Lee but then I found a couple of songs in this album that I liked. Yeah, I generally listen to other Korean music, especially seeing as BoA is like my favourite singer ever! Brown Eyed Girls are the definition of awesome, cool and every other kickass word that I can think of. I certainly will upload their stuff soon.

I swear I was obsessed with that song for the longest time.. and I equally loved the video, controversial as it may have been.
As for BoA .. they had her CD in the USA, so it's super cool to see how foreign artists are starting to make their way into America!

I swear that Abracadabra has actually turned some girls lesbian because they're just so fucking cool! I certainly will put it up, probably late Sunday PM (UK time of course). Yeah I love BoA's new album, some people are wanting her to go back to her NO.1 days but they have to realise that she has to grow up sometime. I personally adore BoA's new album and new look (I in fact totally nicked her energetic hair XD). She seems to be doing well in USA, let's hope the Korean Wave continues, especially with so many Korean artists currently in the USA.
