I also would recommend coconut oil if your face tends to dry out afterwards like mine

it works well. also Aloevra = Crack skin care moisturizer

saying no to icecream etc, so i tried some converting site and my height is 5&quot;5 and weight 121pounds? lol

55 kiloīs it is in european XD so, i want to weigh like..50? but itīs going off SO SLOW! i lost nothing!  and im busy for 1,5 week.

anyone has some tips?

this is my daily eating thingy, i dont know the calorie intake im sorry.

Ive even been told by the doctor that im addicted to it, and im from a family of diabetics. Problem is, i am very weak willed, and I work in a newsagents so im under constant temptation.
