there may or maynot be other gals wher eyou live..in addition to this...you could alwasy start your own..but i dont advice doing that until you become a more exprienced gal...and have more connections.

well idk do you have allot of friends into this style because then you could start one other wise maybe not yet. ^^; but idk of any gal cir over there at the time.

Well for making one, I found one of my friends that was into japanese things, and then I SLOWLY obsessed her with gyaru. xD And it was all part of my pplan. MWAHAHAA! *ahem* sorry. Anyway I guess It takes awhile though... I was wanting to start it up, like, last october and it just started coming up in this summer. But you HAVE to practice your makeup before starting one... That was actually a big mistake I made.... ;-;
