They're an american based Ive-cir, and they seem very dedicated and serious about gyaru and gyaru way of life.
check them out and tell me what you think
I'd actually like to apply, but I'm not sure yet ^^;

I dislike Bulaklak because they regard themselves as high ranking in the gyaru world when they are very bad at gyaru style. I do like one member which does gyaru incredibly well but I think that if you want a good western gyarusa look at Diamond Gals.

I have only ever seen bad things from the majority of the Bulaklak members. There is one 'gyaru-o' and he is the most aggressive, whiny little bastard I have ever had the displeasure to see. He has never left a single nice comment anywhere I have seen. Fair enough to have your own opinion, but he puts everyone down for no reason whatsoever. He has waaaaay too much testosterone lol Besides, only Ming is any good, and she is an overseas member in Norway. Some of them are pretty/handsome, but I personally don't think they are as good as they think they are. This is only my opinion based on never meeting them or seeing any good pictures of them. They have improved along with their website though.

Bulaklak are known for not being nice. They are racist, homophobic, big-headed and frankly have no style whatsoever. I have no idea why anyone would idolise such a bad gyarusaa and I generally do not bash other gyarusaa but when it gets down to racism and being homophobic that is beyond gyaru. I do not know why anyone idolises any western gyarusaas because they're all the same it seems; idolising each other, tearing each other apart, trying to impress each other and getting the style on the whole completely wrong. If you're going to idolise anyone, idolise someone in the underground of Tokyo who actually has a sense of style and what they're doing. Bulaklak can't even comprehend the 'sisterhood' of gyaru nor can they comprehend the basic aspects of the style. I am sorry but the utterly appal me.

well i agree with the fact that western gyarusas are mostly just bashful and vein.
so i can see where you are coming from. i have never heard of this cir, i just thought
they looked like a good one because everyone in it is attractive and they have allot
of different races. which is why i find it hard to believe they are racist. but if
all you say is true then i will try to stay away, though i am really not one to judge.
i'll bet they have several gals in their cir that are very nice and the exception to
your harsh words. however i am also pretty sure some of the gyarus in the cir might
just fit under the description you have set. i do not idolize any one or thing with the
exception of God. (yes i am very religious) so please don't pose the thought that i do!
regardless, i will head your warnings and trust that cir might not be the best. but
i can not allow myself to put such cruel labels on any group of people. still, thank you
for your view of this cir~ =] i will take it into consideration!

I thought it was cruel when one of their male members posted about black people's pouted lips and also insulted Shaka for being homosexual. Has that got anything to do with being gyaru? I am sure not all of the Bulaklak are like this but I refuse to look up to any western circle because they're all so bitter, full of their own self-worth and twisted. I do not ever slap labels on people without extremely good reasons. I happen to quite like this forum forevergyaru because I feel you accept one another but I advise you do not get close to the Bulaklak because they bite and hard.

I've only heard of Bukalak and a few of its members.
One I am friends with on Livejournal and she is very nice and I think she is a very good gyaru.
But another one (I think the same one as Hikitty was talking about) is very mean and cruel and I do not think he is nice at all (nor do I think he looks very gyaru-o)

I will keep that in mind. Does anyone know of any good cirs other than Diamond gals? Ive-cirs are really what I'm looking for, I'll have to try and make my own Nago-cir where I am ^^;

He is very likely the one I am talking about. He has unfortunately set my view of the entire Bulaklak cir and I wish to keep my distance simply because of him. Monica is an amazing gyaru and I think she is very good and she seems to be a much kinder person than that awful, awful man. He is what turned me off the Bulaklak tribe I don't know if he is still a member, but the fact that they let him join and stay while he was saying those things was a bit much for me.

As for 'idolising' a cir, I think if you want to respect a Western cir for anything it shouldn't be fashion. You should follow the Japanese circles for their fashion and the Western cirs for how they conduct their gyaru life in the West (that's how I feel at any rate). Bulaklak are good for how they organise events I feel. To me they are the Best in the West lol However for fashion, I think Diamond Gals are better.

I can't vouch for any particular cir in the USA as I really do not spend a lot of time looking at the American cirs because they aren't close enough to bother me, y'know? You'll probably have to do some good research on your own, but do a bit of digging before you commit to any one of them.

This one person is someone who annoys me, and you shouldn't let my opinion sway you so easily. If you think you've made the right decision, I will support you in that because it's not mine to make. However, if you honestly feel intimidated by the prospect of joining this cir, then don't do it. But I think this would be good for you if you were accepted.
