I'd love to be in one, but since it's so hard to find people nearby I guess
the best thing to do is to make online ones?
Ive heard of gal cirs with online friends on like, facebook or myspace.
Might be a better idea than a real one since gyarus in america are so rare

Yes, I do not know if there is a limit to all styles, but for most gals that are manba/yamanba/ganguro etc
after 18 they "graduate" and cannot do that style anymore. They usually graduate to oneegyaru or more mature styles.

Major gal cirs are located in texas and california
and i think the rule to graduating from a gal cir would be...once you graduate highschool or turn 18 you must graduate.
20+ are considered grandmas or mother type figures lol.
