I can never get clothes past my hips T_T Im a size 14 DX and i'd be looking around and my friend'll go "what size are you looking for?" and id whisper "fourtin" "what?" "fourteeen" "i cant hear you" "IM A FOURTEEN OK" *everyone in shop looks around*
(thats a 12 in US, 40 in Germany, 46 in Italy, 42 in France, 16 in Australia, 15 in Japan)

I'm 170 cms so Peachy don't feel self conscious!! Most guys in any country seem to be taller than that generally.. Its weird, especially our generation. Its like people are turning into giants when you look at the guys in my year :O HEIGHT-wise i mean *giggle*
sorry

I was wondering, if there are any great tips for really curvy s? Many of the gyaru styles Im afraid to try because of my weight and curves, and it is desperately hard to lose weight when you have curves. Most eastern gyarus are really tiny and so name-brand gyaru clothing is hard to come by in larger sizes. *groan*

Do any of you happen to have any great exercise, diet or clothing tips?

If your problem is boobs and hips!!!! i know where you are coming from, the boobs will never go away- and don't go on birth control because they only get bigger and you only get curvier!!! My advice, do a lot of workouts that do the WHOLE body, like kickboxing or something along those lines. Also i suggest a sewing class. I have to buy bigger clothing because of certain assets- but i just take them in. or if they are too small- i let them out! Be creative! flower

I discovered how to make boobs disappear...besides the obvious binding.... O_O

Surgery. xD

Of course, I would never do that cause Im broke, hate needles, hate anything sharp, hate doctors, hate hospitals, and hate just about anything else about it. >.< I will just continue to bind. O_O'

Oddly enough, Ive been gaining weight. O_O My friends say its muscle, but I dont know... *cry* Ive been working out, so I wonder if it may be muscle...

I have thought about getting a breast reduction because I know that my chest will get like 5 times bigger then it is right now by the time I'm like 19-21. This also will help with my back problems from when I slipped and fell on the ice in my school sidewalk last January. So I think there is a good thing from getting surgery it helps you when your and old lady and I just don't want big boobs I still want to be able to play sport when I'm in my 20's and not worry about my boobs smacking me in the face and having indents in my shoulders from bra straps.

wussup with all your boob sizes?! almost everyone is in the c range! im only a small b and i don't think i will grow anymore. I wish I could grow more=[
I think the gyarus in Japan or a lot of asians would kill for bigger boobs, so you gals have it lucky. You could try the popular styles like baggy form fitting shirts, i dont know if that makes sense, but shirts like these:
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=434530834&albumID=1193947&imageID=15367339

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=434530834&albumID=1153866&imageID=14410657

Maybe they'll create an illusion of a smaller chest if that's what you want? and for hips, maybe loose dresses like these:
http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=434530834&albumID=1153866&imageID=14435575

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=viewImage&friendID=434530834&albumID=1153866&imageID=14701067

Hope this helps

I wouldn't feel bad about not fitting into Japanese brand clothes. In many cases, you can find similar pieces in American stores that will probably better fit your figure. Save your money for cute Japanese bags, shoes, and accessories. I've broken down several gyaru fashion looks using Western brands:

(You have to join the community to see the posts.)

Besides, being curvy doesn't necessarily mean you're overweight or even fat. Some girls are just naturally more well endowed than others. Rather than trying to starve yourself or work out like out crazy, I would suggest eating healthy and doing regular exercises or activities that build long, lean muscles and give you a more toned and defined look, like pilates, dance, and yoga. Avoid overly fatty foods, sweets, and soda. Instead, go for lean meat like fish, turkey, or chicken, lots of fruits and veggies, and high-fiber grains.
