White; permanent marker or eyeliner?

I saw this video about Gal-cir's and they use permanent white markers for the corner of their eyes.
i believe this is very dangerous, and you gotta be very experienced to do this.
but i wanted to know if you guys do this too?!

i only use white eyeliner, even if i used it for years, i wouldn't go with the permanent markers >_<

I think this is a fine place for it.

anyway, I am thikning about trying the WATER based paint marker... but not oil... Because this girl I know used to use it and she said it worked fine... but I don't use that much white and so I usually just use the concaeler or wutev.

i would never use permeant marker! thats to risky! just use white eyeliner thats what it made to do! ^^

and the eyeliners break to easily and dont blend well

i only use my white eyeliner, and yes, it takes longer xD!

hmm from where i live, theres lots of shops with different cultures, but maybe i haven't seen the white concealer is because i haven't been to ALL shops in the city~

but i'm in love with china town xD cute clothes and stuff!

U have a china town? ;-; Ur lucky... We have the smallest one in te world... But no cute clothes or anything.. Just lots of Chinese resturaunts and thrift shops. xD

yea! i live outside rotterdam, but i can go there in 15 minutes.

i use marker.. its not that bad.. doesnt hurt.. but sometines its hard to wash off
