WII FIT! xD I love it so much! its really fun! and I actually lost some weight and my pants keep falling~! xD

No it does not come with the wii, but it is worth buying if you get the wii. Because it has yoga, strength training, balance games, and aerobics. They tell you what you need to work on if you are not standing right. Its very cool.

the wii has some other workout sorta game things... I havent tried them (we have alot of them here) but my sister says that she gets the workout burn from it x3
i hate that feeling, plus i have absolutely no upper arm strength and cant even do one pushup x_x;; lol but trying doesnt hurt, ye?

i have wii fit, i can't do it in privacy though so its a bit hard for me to get on it. >/////<;

No but my mom thought about buying one for my family, because it would really work the legs and you could have as well. Isn't there a work out part of the game as well? There a cheer leading game for the wii and there's one that uses the wii fit as well. Seems pretty cool.

In the newer versions there are. Its good for cardio. Yes to the legs if you step correctly. but its about burning calories.

That's good to know, I've been working on cardio this year because of rugby. If we were to get this it would help a lot.
