glowing skin?

my skin is getting really yucky from lack of sleep
can anyone recommend how i can get it back to glowing?
besides sleep and water?

im getting weird bumps on my face,but its not really pimples.idk??

Facial Masks...Really they work wonders.

Wal-mart as a pretty great mask..I will show you later lol

To get a healthy glow to your skin use moisturiser, I use Garnier.
