No point whining and asthma, whatever type is no excuse for not exercising because there are ways to do so, many top athletes have varying different types of asthma, one of my good friends who I have known for 10 years dances nearly every day, including Irish (like me) and she has one of the worst cases of asthma that I've seen, she is always using her inhaler during dancing but she just deals with it and gets on with it. As I always say (usually with an evil grin), where there's a will, there's a way.

wow that is a problem ^^; yeah i am SO happy my
mom doesn't ever feed me the first two meals. >: D
just dinner. but she noticed i had been eating less and
now she is shoving food down my throat. but because
i am a vegetarian i don't usually eat even what she
makes for dinner even. so i am pretty lucky compared
to you~ my worst is when i go to my grandmas house.
she feeds me every 4 min....and its all so good~;O;

last year i got too desprate to loose weight i started not eating at all...but hey..i lost like 5 pounds in about 3 months LOL

i dunno how i started eating again..i guess constantly being hungry all the time finally made me eat..but now im fat XD well....my friends say im not...but i dunno..if i loose a few pounds i'll be better Smile

what i do is eat something simple for breakfast like ceral or something..and for lunch it doesn't really matter what i eat. but what i try to do is eat dinner BEFORE 6 o'clock(7 is ok too) and make sure your dinner is healthy^_^

you could try the banana diet where you eat all the bananas you want for breakfast but nothing else

even tho i don't exersize that much..i try to go take my dog for a walk to get some exersize or go shopping cuz you walk when your shopping Very Happy

and if you cut out sodas and other crap like potato chips and doughnuts then that helps too(but it sux cuz my parents buy stuff like that ALL the time)
