Re: Losing weight for summer
Cheese is full of fat so I suggest you avoid having it on a daily basis, for calcium try milk that is lower in fat and jam is full of sugar which isn't too healthy because it's not just fruit sugar. Try cutting down on the fat, salt and sugar contents in meals because western society now eats too much of these, which makes people put on weight quicker. If you have an Oriental food store near by you could try the Udong diet because it's low calorie if you eat it for 3 meals and filling, or you could try the tofu diet. Also don't forget that without exercise weight loss will be slow, try exercise videos, running, bike riding or dancing. Cardio workouts burn calories quicker, also I don't know if you have this in your country but in England there's something in Sainsbury's called Skinny Water which has certain things in that fill you up and burn fat and help weight loss (it works).

Erm. For milk, you should get soy milk. It's the best stuff ever. And its chocked full of calcium so its all good! For food, I suggest with the cheese and whatever. Try getting low in fat or non fat, stuff like that. Vegetables and fruits are your friends o__o. But don't just eat those XD. Eat a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, carbs and fats. Bread is a srs problem, so try getting whole wheat breads (not processed though! D:!!) Reduce the amount of sugars you take too. So if you drink a lot of soda, reduce that by only having like.. a cup a week or something. It can help you lose 5 lbs a year :O!! (I know that's where I have trouble with XD) Make sure you get enough exercise too. 3-5 times a week is good. Hopefully that helps :3.

Re: Losing weight for summer
In a week I've managed to lose 2lbs without exercise so I'm happy lol If I can keep that up by the end of Summer I can lose a stone. Just imagine what I could lose when I start to exercise. What I eat on a daily basis is very little
FOR BREAKFAST
Nothing, I don't wake up 'til twelve.
FOR LUNCH
One corn on the cob, no butter.
FOR DINNER
Depends on parents.
I also either don't snack or just have one a day. I don't feel hungry skipping breakfast because I've been doing it for years but if you've been eating breakfast for a longtime then skiping it will just make you hungry and grumpy. If I eat breakfast I end up starving by the time it gets to lunch but if I don't eat breakfast I'm not hungry by lunch.

Re: Losing weight for summer
If you eat breakfast, it boosts your metabolism which helps you lose weight faster. Random fact from Special K commercial! Hrm.. for stuff to put on crackers. I dunno. I never eat crackers XD!! I'll try and think of something. I also heard that green tea helps you lose weight too. Acai berries as well. Boosts your metabolism. ;D. I wish I could lose weight and not work out. You lucky duck you.

Re: Losing weight for summer
Meh. Don't worry about the ice cream. It'll be fine silly goose ^^; Crackers can be so bland sometimes though XD. I need to buy some food.. >> now that you mention no food XD! Should go soon. For breakfast, don't over eat or you might get totally sick ;-;. And not eating is no healthy :[. Depriving your body from the necessary nutrients D:!
And its no problem. If you ever need anymore help, I'd love to help ^^;; (Awk sentence XD)

Yeah I know but I think it's psychological! If I eat breakfast I get hungry whereas if I don't I don't get hungry before lunch so I don't bother. It started because I didn't have time before school and it carries on now because I don't get up in time.

Cottage cheese? It'd good for you, better than normal cheese..... I can't really think of what to put on crackers other than jam and butter.

Re: Losing weight for summer
organic peanut butter it great on whole wheat crackers! (health nut xD)
spinach dip on unsalted pretzels. but you need more than just grains.
protean: lean meat (turkey, baked chicken) nuts (organic, unsalted) eggs (don't fry) vegetables (broccoli, spinach)
vegetables: you don't need examples. just stay away from dips if you can, and eat them allot! >
fruits: again all are good, but not as many of these as vegetables (lots of sugars) ^^; so just some of them.
grain: only whole grain/wheat stuff, all natural. no white stuff. stay away from sugary cereals and granola bars.
dairy: low fat NATURAL yogurt, low fat non-processed cheese, and low fat milk. simple but not too much!
NUMBER ONE MOST IMPORTANT HEALTH TIP! calories are nothing! (ok they are kinda important) but it is more of
what is actually in the food, and not how many calories it had. thats why i say NATURAL is good. get it? ^-^
