Hey!
Hi! I'm new to this site, and to gyaru!
I used to be a sweetloli, now I'm a hime gyaru. I turned hime mostly because loli costs ALOT. more than hime. and everything HAS to match and yada yada yada. haha. anyways!
My name is Ami. I am crazy, funny, childish (at times), and still play with teddies ;p
hope we can be friends!!

Re: Hey!
I have heard how much lolita dresses cost but you'd be surprised how much certain gyaru styles can cost, they may be two completely different styles but similar in costs at times. Anyway welcome to forever gyaru! I am YanYan from the UK, I am sure that you'll find this forum helpful

Re: Hey!
Hello~! Welcome! Im Mimiru with the galsaa WishFul! ^.^ Pleasure to meet you!
First, I must say, being an exlolita myself...Gyaru is no less cheaper than lolita, and no less easier. >.> So please dont convert just because you think its easier or cheaper, cause its not. Dir en grey cds cost just as much as Ayumi Hamasaki cds. >.> At least with lolita, you dont have to worry so much about makeup. THAT is costly depending where you get it. If you want the good quality, it can be expensive. Max Factor is one of my fav brands, but I can barely even afford it.
Now, if you are concerned about prices, then hime really isnt a good style to stick with. >.< BUT...that doesnt mean you cant make your own gorgeous dresses or find gorgeous hime-outfits for cheap anywhere! So Im not saying dont stick with it!
Just be aware to stay away from name brands and go to sales racks. >.< Though with hime, it SOMETIMES can be about how much money you spend or how many diamonds are around your neck. >.> But not always. *got caught between a fight between to hime gyaru from Japan* *hides*
Im here to support you every step of the way!
My favorite gyaru styles are manba, banba, and gyaru-kei. ^.^ But I also like casual hime style. ^.^
