Are you trying to pull off manba or banba? That determines the kind of advice you will get.
Im going to assume right now you are going for banba. If so...get rid of those little white..splosh things under the corners of your eyes.
Contour your nose...and uhmm Im not sure about everything else right now. Could you possibly take a close pic of your eyes and post it into gyaru makeup?

NICE TO MEET YOU! lol, i'm trying to do Banba, sorry, my hair's in the way '^^ the entire eye area is white, but i put a splash of blue, pink, and yellow right by the corners of my eyes. in the picture it's hard to tell, i'll see if i can find one that's more clear and i'll post it in the make section. kawaii desu ka? arigato ^///^

Hiya welcome to the site, I'm YanYan from the UK. I have some suggestions make-up wise.
- Get rid of those weird splodges of white at the side
- Make the nose stripe slightly straighter and slightly less obvious if you're doing banba
- Darken the rest of your nose
- Maybe some colour around the eyes, pick a colour any colour
- Nude lips
