Well, first of all I'd remake the tee. Cut off the collar and make it a bit more off the shoulder, and then cut out a bit of the back and add a some fabric ties on it. Like this:



Then I would add a hat like this (WC):



This accessory set and this long necklace (Gilfy):



The red and black version of this belt (Cocolulu):



These booties (SpRay):



This bag (Cecil McBee):



And it's not an accessory, but I'd add a jacket like this one (Cecil McBee):
