Well i've been searching high and low for the look but at a reasonable price and here it is.

Tip 1. Please please dont spent over 100.00 its noth worth it. Just wait for it to go on sale.
Tip 2. Fo to second hand stores, like platos closet, they have cheap name brand and gyaru styles of all kinds under 15.00
Tip 3-stores to shop at!
H&M(shop there all the time, its ubber cheat to the max especialy at the kids section!!)
Targer(sometimes)
Charlett Russ(mostly a hime and loli shop) just to name a few
579(mostly in malls)
Belks
Hot Topic
(also looks for stores are sometimes empty which 50% of the time has a whole bunch of japanese fashion!never i say nevershop at old navy unless its a bag or shoes their stuff is too american)

Tip 4-makeup
sophoria(has alot of japanese brands and others that are health for the skin but a little expensive)
MAC(if drags can find their stuff why cant we?)
Ulta(like the first listed but reason able!

Tip 5- hair productOk this is where some go nuts trying to find the right hair curler and spray
Ulta and Sophoria is good b/c they have alot there but ulta always give out cupons like mini hair strightner's and curlers for 10.00(ubber cheap) Also look for cupons in the sunday paper for cosmetic cupons ,then use thoes cupons when theer on sale a pharmacy/drug stores.

Tip 6-Accesories
Claires
icings
anything under 2 bucks
(also the best things to do is make them be creative and diffrent go to an art store buy supplies and make it. Thats how i make the couple of bags and bracelets. Also borrow from mom's never used things its a gold mine!!)

That was Gyaru on a dime!!~Gwapo! :kaomail: :kaodance: :kaohuh:

From what I've noticed, you can put a gyaru outfit together, including clothing, shoes, accessories, and a bag, for about $100-$150. Of course, this doesn't take into account going to thrift shops where prices are much, much lower than regular retail stores.

My favorite places to look for inexpensive gyaru clothing are as follows:

General clothing and accessories:
Forever 21:
http://www.forever21.com

Wet Seal:
http://www.wetseal.com

Charlotte Russe:
http://www.charlotterusse.com

Papaya:
http://www.papayaclothing.com

Shoes:
Cutesy Girl:
http://www.cutesygirl.com

GoJane:
http://www.gojane.com

Accessories & Hats:
Bleu Dame:
http://www.bleudame.com

Other accessories, like phone straps, makeup pouches, mirrors, etc:
Fancy Pocket:
http://www.fancypocket.sg/

As for cheap makeup, drugstores (Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, Duane Reade, Walmart, etc.), beauty supply stores (Sally Beauty Supply), and Ulta are your best bet. Do not bother with Sephora unless you want good makeup tools from Sephora's private label brand. All of the other makeup at Sephora consists of prestige brands that tend to be very expensive. They also do not carry many Japanese brands at all. I don't know where you got this information, but the only Japanese lines Sephora carries are Imju, Boscia, and Shiseido. MAC is also expensive compared to what you'd find at the drugstore.

My favorite inexpensive cosmetic brands and products are as follows.

Foundation, concealer, powder:
L'Oreal, specifically the TrueMatch line

Mascara:
Max Factor
Maybelline

Eye shadow, eye liner pencil, lipstick, lip gloss, blush:
Ulta brand, specifically the eye shadows and eye pencils
NYX
Revlon

Cream or gel liners:
Jane
L'Oreal HIP

Brushes and tools:
Sephora
NYX
Ulta brand
Sonia Kashuk (found at Target)
Art supply stores, specifically small brushes for use with eye liner

As for hair products (shampoo, conditioner, styling products, hair dye, etc.) and appliances, check out Walmart, Ulta or beauty supply stores. They tend to be a lot more reasonable. Again, if you're on a budget, do not go to Sephora. The hair care products and tools they sell there are some of the most overpriced you'll find. The only areas you should be splurging on are professional hair cuts and/or color and ceramic styling tools.
