Hi girliesss! I need your advice please Smile

My hair is naturally curly, but not like pretty gyaru loose curls, more like a poofy ringlet mess -__-
Does anyone else here share my problem?? And if you do, how do you get your hair into those pretty loose curls, do you have to straighten your hair first and then curl it or something? Or is there like an easier way?

I have searched for some other guides about how to make hair go into curls like those, but they're all for straight hair and usually involve washing hair first or something along those lines which won't work for me because my hair's going to dry differently to other people's!

I just want ANY advice that anyone has on the topic of 'nice hair' - haha! It would help me so much!! Smile

Thankyou gals! Very Happy <3

Do you have a picture of your hair?? It's hard to know how to help without know what it looks like! :O

I also have naturally curly hair, but my hair is corkscrew curls mixed with waves and other curls xD I'm doing the conditioner method/curly girl method, to get rid of all the frizz and get softer and shiny hair! You can read about it on my blog:

Another tip is to sleep with wet, braided hair (either many small braids or a big one), and apply anti frizz serum and/or styling gel. It gives you pretty, loose curls!

But if you want something like this, you have to both straighten and curl your hair:

Can you send us a pic of your hair? Curly hair can be very different from a person to another. I have curly hair, but my curlyness depends on how humid it is outside!!

Maybe it will sound stupid but... did you dye your hair? Dyed hairs are easier to place and iron.

Usually after showering, I use some mousse on hair, so that the curlyness won't go too crazy with frizzyness!

To acheive the look tirin sent you, what I usually do, is that I use my flat iron on my super curly hair, but not with extreme heat. Then I just iron my hair, like if I wanted to make them flat, but by taking a little bit more hair each time. So your curls will be "flattened" but without removing it all. Sometimes the tip of my hair get straight while I do that, so I use my flat iron to curl the tip of my hair a bit, and it's done. I use anti-frizz serum too afterwards, and it looks pretty much like the hair in the picture..

If you don't know how to curl with a flat iron : The curl holds better for me with curling with a flat iron than curling with a curling iron Razz

Be sure that you hair is not dry. When my hair is dry.... my hair doesn't curl well and it looks like a mess!! I go to the salon to cut them often, it helps to keep an healthy look Smile

My hair can't curl, but I've heard that a styling wand works wonders, but it would make sense to straighten you hair before you used one! But, I've seen reviews and videos on styling wands and Eh? whoa! perfect curls!!!! Depending on the size of the wand, you can get tight curls, or loose curls like the ones you want!!!!! Wave
