| hey ladies just thought id make a topic for general tips on how you all keep healthy :bounce: heres a few from me to start the topic off...
1.Dry body brushng. does anyone else do this? its good for dry skin, combats cellulite exfoliates and has a host of other benefits heres a link to a full explanation and technique: how to body brush =]
2. another thing which is quite good [well the actual practice of it isnt fantastic but ill explain] in your morning shower at the end if theres areas you want to tone up then blast them with ice cold water [see what i mean?] for a couple of minutes with your shower on a decent powerful pressure. not fun until afterwards when you feel very awake and ready to go!
3. my fun thing is that i have a hula hoop and playing with that for a while is a quick way to burn some cals :nya1: anyhow that will do for the mo i guess...oh and i was thinking there could be a separate topic if anyone has any little excersize routines they do?

| I do dry brushing, It helps me get ready for my self tanner Theres a GREAT one @ walmart for 99cents. I couldnt beleive it. |

| a nice way to wake up in the morning is to jog in peace while brushing your teeth... got all your giggles out?.......good. cause i am for real~ it will wake you up and help you keep track of how long to brush your teeth (peace about 120 times) not to mention that over time it may also help you drop a calorie or two~ ^^;
and then DANCE~ its fun, helps relive stress, and gives you a work out~ not the coolest thing to do....but i am a nerd...>=D i dance allot in my free time~ it is good for you! |

| I've been playing the wii! O_O; wii sports xD 1st of all the wii makes my arms hurt after playing it T _ T;;;; but it gives like plenty of good workouts yoga aerobics strength etc i work up a sweat just playing it and have lost some weight O_O  |

| yeah everyones getting on the wii fitness bandwagon like ive seen so many different people bringing out fitness games for the wii like woah first there was nothing like that and now its bombardment, which to use eh? better than a fitness dvd? |

| How about what I do? Every morning I learn a para para (or try to anyways) It's a great way to wake yourself up as well because you need your brain to remember the steps. Wii sports or fit are great things to use actually. And trampolines! Yay! xxx |

| A good way to stay in shape is to para para of course :3 and a good way to keep your thighs slim (and to help them lose a few inches :O!!) is by just walking. Quick pace walking, not sluggish lame walking!
What exactly is dry brushing beeteedubs? o.o |

| hai,,Health and Fitness has now become one of the major concerns. Earlier humans used to hunt for their living, due to which their body had to undergo a lot of physical exercise. This made life active and alert. Now, life has become more simple and easy. Everything we need is just a phone call away. This easy life has restricted humans to do that bit of physical exercise which is required to keep the body fit and healthy. We get instant, spicy and variety of food which lose their nutrition during the process.
How do we ensure that we have all that we need to have a healthy living? This is a big question among everyone. We need proper nutrition and a fit and healthy body. Good Health is all that one craves for. Becoming healthier and fitter though not very difficult needs dedicated efforts. |
