i use the following products daily:

-mega profectiv growth
-sunsilk hydra tlc
-pantene beautiful lengths
-matrix biolance
-one a day teen advantage

some are vitamins, others are
shampoos or conditioners.
i don't straighten my hair any more.

so my questions for you gals
is, what more can i do?
my hair just won't grow ;O;

My diet is almost entirely protein. My hair doesn't grow any faster :\ Not washing your hair for weeks on end helps, or it did when I was in Grade four, ahahahaha.

Olive oil works in two ways, on the ends it softens damaged hair, and on the scalp promotes (but does not force) hair to grow faster. Any sort of natural oil on your scalp should promote hair growth, because in my years, I've noticed your hair is healthier when it's greasy

gross, but worth a shot....eh i hate greasy hair ^^;

I have been told that if you trim the ends of your hair like once ever two weeks or something it will help with the growth and keep it for having split end the can work their way up higher.

yes i did that. but my hair was just the trim shorter. it never grew back ;O;

I think that you shouldn't really use all of those shampoos and conditioners..
You should buy one really good and use that.
If you force your hair it'll never grow.

Take a biotin supplement (you'll find it with vitamins). It's good for hair/nail growth.

There's this vitamin supplement program known as 'Bargello's Vitamin routine"

Bargello is a woman that underwent chemo therapy. she lost all of her hair. She researched and did a lot of trail and error to create the formula to have her long hair back (its down to her butt).

you can get decent multi and prenatal vitamins from either your doctor, health food store, or a walmart. Other than that I would recommend a vitamin store. I have Vitamin Shoppe and GNC near me that carries some of those items there. I hope this helps.
