I was wondering. If anyone here who isn't in a cir would like to start a second dreemey? Like in angeleek how they have some bases in other parts of Japan. Would anyone be wanting to do that here in America? Would anyone wanna be the gal coordinator? Me and Kiri would hvae to accpet you though... cuz u gotta be good... real good haha~

I'm still trying to find Cir's here in Minnesota but there aren't any, which breaks my heart severly.

I've been trying to start a galcir here in Maryland and it isn't going so well. I would like to be a coordinator but I'm not sure I know how to be one!
